About Me Professionally
I did my undergraduate work at the University of Miami and my graduate work at Emory University. I am a member of the Brevard County Dental Society, the Central District Society, the Florida Dental Association ( lifetime member), the American Dental Association (lifetime member) and the Florida Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.
Continuing education has been an ongoing project with me from the beginning...way before it was passed into law as a requirement. I exceed the requirements every year. I am a perpetual student.
About Me Personally
Born in Germany, I have lived almost my entire life in the United States. I was originally trained as a professional photographer and worked my way through college (University of Miami) and graduate school (Emory University School of Dentistry) as a photographer. This has become a life-long avocation for me. I have exhibited and taken ribbons in most of the major art shows, including the prestigious Winter Park Art Festival. These days I don't have much time to exhibit any more but still have a fully equipped professional darkroom and studio at home and still produce photographs on a professional level. Some of my pictures...you will see some below...(they can be enlarged by clicking on them)...hang in my office and a great many are on the walls of my home.
Photography, as it relates to dentistry, has worked out quite well for me because the same artistry I create exhibition photographs with I use in the creation of beautiful smiles. Here are some examples of my photographic work. (You'll see some examples of my dental artistry in later pages).

I also play the organ, classical harmonica, and am a private pilot with ratings in single engine, multiple engine, and instruments.
My German has become weak over the years, but, for those of you who speak German... Die Sprache kommt mir jetz so schwer das Mann hatte mir doch gesagt das Ich spreche jetz Deutsch wie eine Französiche Kuh.
